What we do
In Product mode, integrated in an Agile team, we support the elaboration of business requirements with the stakeholders and product owner, and translate them to the appropriate technical solution with the rest of the development team ensuring delivery and maintenance.
In Project mode, we typically deliver end-to-end analysis documents, including the business case for the IT solution, a structured requirements document containing detailed & prioritized requirements, data models, use cases, interface wireframes, application workflows, software architecture and project planning including cost estimates, governance processes, risk analysis and mitigation.
